The Rose Question Continues to Be Asked
I need some help explaining some things to my sons.
Almost every state has legalized gambling of some sort. Every sports show gives point spreads and odds. Gambling is the American pastime. Pete Rose is treated like a child molester.
No state has legalized hard-drug use. No state has legalized spousal abuse. Players from all sports are treated like victims and helped through their “illnesses” when they violate these laws. They are given chance after chance.
What am I missing?
