FOCUS: ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY NEWS : LAKE FOREST
The City Council decided to accept contractors’ bids for the planning and construction of security lighting at six city parks.
Additional lighting is proposed at El Toro Park II, Cavanaugh, Cherry, Rimgate, Village Pond and Vintage parks.

The council refused a request by Councilwoman Kathryn McCullough to exclude Village Pond Park from the project. McCullough and Councilwoman Marcia Rudolph voted against the item.
