FOCUS: ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY NEWS : LAGUNA WOODS
An eight-week circuit training class for Leisure World residents begins Sept. 20.
The group exercise program, sponsored by the community’s Recreation Division, will feature warmups, stretching and weight training in the Clubhouse 1 Fitness Center.
The cost is $10 for the entire program. All new students must attend the first two introductory classes.
