OUTLOOK

The Tillers, who return 13 starters, have size, speed and “experience at skill positions,” according to Miller. But the coach is concerned about a lack of depth at linebacker and inexperience on the offensive line. Malcolm gained more than 1,600 yards last season and was voted the Golden West’s offensive player of the year. Tialino, who spent most of the off-season in the weight room, and Anderson were second-team all-league linemen. Chatman started as a sophomore in 1997, but sat out last season. McCoy is a transfer from Foothill.
