Hueneme, Crespi, Santa Barbara and host Westlake will see plenty of action in a series of scrimmages this afternoon and evening.

Hueneme and Westlake will play a one-hour scrimmage at 5 p.m., followed by Santa Barbara-Crespi at 6.

At 7, Westlake will play Crespi in a 30-minute scrimmage on half of the field, with Hueneme taking on Santa Barbara on the other.

Hueneme is scheduled to play Crespi in a 30-minute scrimmage at 7:30, but Coach Jim Benkert of Westlake said his team won’t play Santa Barbara at that time.

“Whatever the other guys want to do is fine,” he said. “But we’ll be through.”
