The Orange Unified School District’s new elementary music program is accepting donations of musical instruments or money to buy instruments, teacher Michael Short said. Donations are needed to help ensure that all students can participate in the program by renting instruments, which usually run $12 to $25 per month. Short said the district plans to purchase instruments and rent them to children at a lower cost. Information: (714) 997-6057.
