Kaiser 44, St. Genevieve 8--Kevin Carr and Anthony Marquiez combined to rush for 229 yards and five touchdowns in 28 carries for Cats in a nonleague game at Birmingham High.
The Valients (1-6) scored in the first quarter on a 22-yard pass play from Mike Pisano to Jamie Iaccino to pull within 16-8.
Pisano completed with six of 24 passes for 115 yards and one score.
The game ended with 4:05 to play due to an injury to lineman Manuel Ortega of St. Genevieve.
