SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council has delayed until Nov. 16 any action to alleviate traffic problems in the historic 200-year-old Los Rios neighborhood. Council members are considering construction of a parking lot to reduce the flood of tourist vehicles that are parked on residential streets. Mayor John Greiner and council member David M. Swerdlin are members of an ad hoc committee that will review traffic plans for Los Rios.
