The City Council will discuss correcting the name of Bruno Drive to Bruns Drive at its next meeting Nov. 1. The street name was misspelled when it was named about seven years ago for John Bruns, who was killed in action during the Korean War.
According to a survey, eight residents of Bruno Drive support the name change, 22 oppose it and five homeowners could not be reached, said Elizabeth Binsack, director of community development.
