Chapman 5, Briar Cliff 0--Sara Struhs scored twice and Briana Benson, Tiffany Willis and Stacie Lopez each had a goal for host Chapman (8-4). The Panthers outshot Briar Cliff of Sioux City, Iowa, 37-0.

Nasca, Retti advance--Carla Nasca and Alessandra Retti of UC Irvine advanced to today’s quarterfinals in the doubles competition with an 8-5 victory over Gaby Andrade and Jill Katzenberger of UC Santa Barbara.
