The City Council awarded a $31,272 engineering contract to Atlas-Allied Inc. to replace a 10-inch asbestos cement water line in the 6800 block of Walker Street.
The Anaheim-based company will begin working in a few weeks.
The council meets at 7:30 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of every month at City Hall, 7822 Walker St. Information: (714) 690-3330.
