MISSION VIEJO
The City Council on Monday granted a request from the Cultural Arts Committee to serve wine at its Art Auction on Oct. 23 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
The council granted the committee a one-time exemption to the city regulation that prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the grounds of the community center.
