Differing Opinions

Could we please have recipes in the Food Section, not cute, clever writing. The “Evil Weevils” is a cute human interest story but not for the Food Section. Recently an article on digestive difficulties belonged in the health section. The Food Section should be food, not human interest, health, travel or wine.

I really enjoyed this week’s Food Section (Sept. 29). By the time I finished it, the section was in small pieces from clipping all the excellent-looking recipes. Keep up the good work!

How about printing some American recipes for single people and made with ingredients that we don’t have to look up in dictionaries or have to ask a professional cook what the heck they are?
