THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG
The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:
DANA POINT
* La Plaza: A report of a burglary in the 34000 block at 2:20 a.m. Thursday.
HUNTINGTON BEACH
* Center Avenue: An employee was assaulted as he left Geckos club in the 7800 block at 12:02 a.m. Sunday.
LAGUNA HILLS
* Alicia Parkway and Hon Avenue: Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. They arrested the driver for possession of methamphetamines.
* Paseo de Valencia and Stockport: A man in his 30s driving a white Ford Explorer exposed himself to another driver at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 27.
LAGUNA NIGUEL
* Aliso Creek and Dorine roads: A reckless driver was reported at 7:34 a.m. Thursday.
LAKE FOREST
* Canada Road: A burglary was reported in the 20000 block at 9:57 a.m. Thursday.
* Clemens Lane: A burglary was reported in the 25000 block at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday.
MISSION VIEJO
* La Paz Road: Shots were heard in the 26000 block at 1:32 p.m. Thursday.
* Flamenco: A burglary was reported in the 21000 block at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday.
ORANGE
* Earlham Street and Center Street: A report of reckless driving at 12:26 a.m. Thursday.
* Windes Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 2000 block at 1 a.m. Thursday.
SAN CLEMENTE
* Avenida Presidio: A report of a burglary in the 200 block at 3:38 p.m. Thursday.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
* Valle Road: A report of a burglary in the 32000 block at 3:18 p.m. Thursday.
VILLA PARK
* Mesa Drive: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 19000 block at 12:49 a.m. Thursday.
* Martinique Circle: A burglar alarm was triggered in the 18000 block at 8:51 a.m. Thursday.
* Villa Isle Drive: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 9000 block at 5 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Placentia, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Westminster and Yorba Linda.
