FOUNTAIN VALLEY
On a 5-0 vote, the council amended the 1999-2000 budget to give $39,786 to a local law enforcement block grants program. The program will fund the purchase of new mobile data terminals, hand-held radios, safety seats for patrol units, and miscellaneous equipment.
