Computer Sciences Corp. won a contract valued at up to $500 million to help manage the federal Medicare program. The five-year contract calls for the computer services company to provide increased analytical functions for Medicare computers, as well as guard against potential fraud and abuse. Eleven other companies also won similar contracts.
