Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer will speak Thursday at the Chamber of Commerce’s Good Morning La Habra networking breakfast. Spitzer will focus on the state of Orange County and be available to answer questions. The breakfast is at 7:15 a.m. at the La Habra Masonic Lodge, 1701 W.
