Anaheim City School District trustees recently recognized Bill McAloney, owner of the JAX Market chain of supermarkets, with the Golden Bell Award. McAloney, a longtime supporter of school programs, has donated to Lincoln Elementary School to help develop its audiovisual program, officials said.
