Insight Buys Five Phoenix Imaging Firms

InSight Health Services Corp. said Tuesday it acquired five imaging centers in Phoenix from Princeps Inc. and its Princeps Southwest LLC unit. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Newport Beach-based InSight provides diagnostic imaging and related management services.
