Phoenix-based Del Webb Corp. named Publicis & Hal Riney in Chicago as the firm’s first national advertising agency for its Sun City retirement communities. The developer had previously used a number of agencies. . . . Irvine-based Coco’s restaurants awarded its account to San Francisco-based JWT West after a two-month search. Campbell-Ewald Advertising had handled the business since mid-1998. Coco’s is a unit of Advantica Restaurant Group Inc.
