The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings Wednesday: The first is an application by developers of a commercial center at 13672 Goldenwest St. to get approval for changes to their completed project; the second is for a resident at 9351 Bevan Ave. to keep a fence that is higher than the permitted limit of 3 feet and to add a matching gate.
