The Lake Forest Showboater’s Community Theater will present “Bye-Bye Birdie” for its annual summer musical at the Sun and Sail Club. Auditions, which are open to the community, will be held at the Sun and Sail Club from 5 to 9 p.m. June 6 and from 7 to 10 p.m. June 7. Participants need to come prepared to sing and read. The show will run the first three weekends of August in the amphitheater. The club is at 24752 Toledo Way. Information: Dawn-Ellen Cross, (949) 586-2211.
