The Planning Commission on Wednesday will decide whether to allow Yun Ja Bae to continue beer and wine sales at his restaurant in the 10000 block of Beach Boulevard. Commissioners are expected to approve the request. The commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in City Council chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
