The city is seeking more entries for an art contest celebrating California’s 150th birthday. The deadline is Saturday. The contest is open to third-graders up to adults. The minimum size for the posters is 8 1/2 by 11 inches; the maximum is 16 by 20 inches. Artwork may be dropped off from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Civic Center community room, 401 E. Chapman Ave. A committee will choose first-, second- and third-place winners in six age categories. Information: (714) 993-8124.
