A Placentia-based nonprofit relief organization is seeking donations to send to Kosovo refugees in Tirana, Albania. People can bring nonperishable food, clothing, blankets and hygiene items to Global Operations and Development, 100 E. Santa Fe Ave. Cash donations are also needed; all contributions are tax-deductible. Global will be sending shipments to Albania for about six months or as needed. Information: (714) 524-4454.
