The Oldsmobile Alero Beach Volleyball series event at Huntington Beach begins at 9 a.m. today with the qualification tournament. Among the entries is Long Beach State All-American Misty May, formerly of Newport Harbor High, and partner Valinda Hilleary. The top eight men’s and women’s finishers, will qualify for Saturday’s main draw. The women’s final is 3 p.m. Sunday followed by the men’s final.
