Middle Eastern Pizza

Trader Joe’s hot onion and tomato pizzas aren’t Italian, despite the name. Made by a local Middle Eastern bakery, they’re thin-crusted, only slightly spicy and great for snacks or appetizers. Bake them until the edges are crisp and browned, then cut them into wedges or serve whole. Other flavors are spicy spinach, vegetable (green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and parsley) and zucchini basil.
