EMB Completes Purchase of Mortgage Bank

EMB Corp., Costa Mesa-based originator of home loans, said Tuesday that it completed its acquisition of American Residential Funding Inc., a Long Beach mortgage banking company with 15 branch offices. Financial terms were not disclosed. EMB said American Residential is funding about $12 million a month in new mortgage business.
