* Your May 4 article on how the Wilson administration ran roughshod over the rights of legal immigrants was excellent. Former Wilson spokesman Sean Walsh tries to defend the program rather than condemn the many excesses of state investigators who terrorized innocent people. We need look no farther than this to understand why the Republicans were decimated in the last election.
