The Seal Beach Chamber and Business Assn. is hosting its inaugural Fitness and Health Expo on Saturday at the Seal Beach Mall. The event will feature free demonstrations from more than 20 health- and fitness-oriented businesses, such as massages, fat checks and exercise classes. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 311 Main St., behind the Main Street Cafe. Information: (562) 799-0179.
