Judy Arroyo, senior account clerk for the Centennial Education Center bookstore, has been named the 1998-99 Rancho Santiago Community College District Classified Employee of the Year. She was recently honored at the district’s second annual Chancellor’s Ball, held at the Hyatt Regency Alicante hotel in Garden Grove. The award recognizes contributions made by classified staff in providing support to students and faculty. Arroyo also was presented with the inaugural Community Service Award.
