Orange County’s newest golf course, Aliso Viejo Golf Club, opened to the public on a limited basis Saturday and will offer reduced rates through at least Sunday.
The course, designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son Jackie, is offering play from 8 a.m. to noon daily for $70 Monday through Thursday and $100 Friday through Sunday.
The regular green-fee rates are $85 and $125.
The course, built and owned by Newport Beach-based AMH Golf Corp., was originally scheduled to open in December.
Tee times can be reserved six days in advance at (949) 598-9200.
