Canadian Company to Buy City Pipe & Supply

Montreal-based Westburne has signed a letter of intent to acquire City Pipe & Supply Co. in Ventura.
Russ Wright, City Pipe’s owner, will remain as branch manager. The acquisition should be completed at the end of the month.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The move is part of Westburne’s North America strategic acquisition program. City Pipe will be part of Westburne’s Plumbing and Waterworks Group in the United States.
Westburne distributes industrial and construction-related supplies and equipment to customers throughout North America.
