The Laguna Canyon Conservancy will meet tonight to elect new directors and discuss the Foothill South Toll Road and state legislation that would ban construction of new highways in state parks.
The group will meet for dinner at 6 p.m. at the Festival of Arts Grounds, 650 Laguna Canyon Road. Dinner is $10 with reservations. Information: (949) 497-1884.
