The Laguna Beach Animal Shelter is offering a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for cats and dogs through the end of April. Residents will get 25% off the standard surgical fee. There is a limit of one pet per family. No wild cats will be allowed. Animals must be at least 6 months old, and proof of vaccination is required. If the animal is pregnant or in heat, the cost will be higher.
