The Kids, Kites & Castles sandcastle building and kite flying festival, which was rained out last weekend, has been rescheduled for April 11. The event, organized by the Seal Beach Chamber & Business Assn., will start at noon near the 8th Street beach. Information: (562) 799-0179.
