Granada Hills 15, Thousand Oaks 8--Jon Bringuier had two doubles and Bobby Baca highlighted an eight-run third inning with a two-run double to help the Highlanders win at Granada Hills (4-1).
El Camino Real 11, Chaminade 7--Reliever Josh Deneau (1-0) scattered four hits and struck out four in six innings, and hit a three-run home run in the first inning for the Conquistadores at El Camino Real.
Sean McElroy hit a three-run homer for El Camino Real (4-1).
Birmingham 6, Calabasas 4--Jose Carrillo and Jimmy McGrath each drove in two runs for the Patriots (3-2) in a victory at Birmingham.
Randy Curtis hit a three-run double in the seventh for Calabasas (3-2).
Highland 9, L.A. Wilson 6--Brandon Murphy (2-0) allowed seven hits and struck out nine in five innings for Highland (4-1).
Kennedy 9, St. Francis 4--Alex Avlas had three hits and drove in four runs in a victory for the Golden Cougars (1-4) at Kennedy.
Lancaster 11, Monroe 3--Alan Squyres (1-1) pitched a four-hitter with four strikeouts for the Eagles in a victory at Monroe (1-4).
Colton Walter hit a three-run triple for Lancaster (4-2).
Harvard-Westlake 7, Franklin 2--Chad Garson (2-0) struck out nine in six innings for the Wolverines in a victory at Harvard-Westlake,
Eric Long had three hits and four RBIs for the Wolverines (3-2).
Cleveland 10, Antelope Valley 5--Andrew Strickland hit a first-inning grand slam to help the Cavaliers win at Cleveland.
Vince Zuniga had three hits for Cleveland (2-3).
North Hollywood 8, Quartz Hill 2--Peter Veloz pitched a four-hitter and struck out four for the Huskies (1-4) in a consolation victory at North Hollywood.
In El Segundo tournament games:
Long Beach Millikan 8, Crespi 3--Marshall Plouffe had two hits, two RBIs and pitched two scoreless innings of relief but the Celts (3-2) fell in the third-place game at Millikan.
Bell 3, Simi Valley 0--Kenny Gerber’s single and Dustin Burke’s triple were the only hits for the Pioneers (2-3), who lost a consolation game at Bell.
In Glendora tournament games:
Crescenta Valley 12, Charter Oak 0--David Gottlieb and Eric Caballero each allowed one hit and the Falcons (4-1) won the championship game.
Tim Balkey hit a three-run homer for Crescenta Valley (4-1).
Hoover 20, Fullerton 0--Brandon Bell hit a grand slam and a three-run home run to finish with seven RBIs in the third-place game.
Jerry Servin hit a two-run homer for Hoover.
