Bush to Reveal Candidacy Plans

Texas Gov. George W. Bush is expected to reveal his plans today to form an exploratory committee for seeking the Republican presidential nomination, according to an advisor. The advisor, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Bush was planning an afternoon briefing for Texas news reporters. Bush has long promised his home state’s news media he would tell them his intentions first.
