The United Nations has declared 1999 the International Year of the Older Person, and county Supervisor Tom Wilson is hosting Senior Summit V, the last in a series of celebration meetings. Helen Hamlin, chairwoman of the U.N. Committee on Aging, and Bob Blancator, vice chairman of the U.N. Celebration Committee, will be the featured speakers.
