Acquisition Is Completed by eSynch

Newport Beach-based eSynch Corp. said Monday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Kiss Software Corp. for an undisclosed sum.

Kiss Software, also based in Newport Beach, makes Internet tools and products that speed modem performance. eSynch, primarily a technology developer, manages several companies under its high-tech umbrella. They include Intermark, another Newport Beach firm, which specializes in software that allows online sales, and Softkat and Sonoma Publishing in Petaluma, which develop, publish and distribute entertainment and game titles.

eSynch, which is traded over the counter, dropped 44 cents a share Monday, closing at $3.06.
