GARDEN GROVE
Andrew Park, a member of the Garden Grove Community Foundation board of directors, has submitted his letter of resignation. Park said he has to leave the board for personal reasons. The Community Foundation raises money for the Renaissance Garden Grove festival. Park was the owner of Garden Grove-based Techmedia Computer Systems, which, in the wake of a court order to pay nearly $100 million to creditors, closed its doors last week. The firm and Park filed for liquidation in federal Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana on July 6.
