Nasdaq Delists Securities of Simulations Plus

Simulations Plus Inc., Lancaster, a pharmaceutical software development company, announced that its securities have been delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. Its common stock will now be quoted and traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol SIMU.
Nasdaq had granted the company a temporary exception from the net tangible asset requirement in May. That exception expired July 1, and Nasdaq delisted the company’s securities July 2.
