The Planning Commission today will consider allowing a fine arts school for developmentally disabled adults to operate at a church. The Native American United Methodist Church on South Lemon Street is requesting a conditional use permit for the school so it can better serve the community. The commission meets at 10:30 a.m. in City Council chambers, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd.
