* The total mismanagement of the Belmont Learning Center project by the LAUSD is playing out like a badly directed Roman spectacle. The only thing missing are arenas, lots of lions and everyone falling on swords. Now, the LAUSD is flinging around the threat of “eminent domain” to homeowners in North Hollywood with the purpose of acquiring more property. Is anyone awake in the district attorney’s office?
