Train service to Peru’s popular Machu Picchu ruins will be suspended at least until Feb. 15 while tracks are repaired following flooding last week, authorities said. The ruins can be reached by helicopter from the city of Cuzco. . . . Airlines in Britain, reporting a 400% increase in air rage incidents over the last three years, are cracking down. Last week, Briton Eric Savage, 39, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for grabbing a flight attendant’s buttocks, putting his hand up a passenger’s skirt and smoking during a nonsmoking flight from Manchester, England, to Tenerife in the Canary Islands.
