Dutch Company Chooses Irvine’s BAX Global

Irvine’s BAX Global says it has signed a two-year contract worth millions of dollars to provide air shipment services for Philips Electronics N.V.
The pact calls for BAX (formerly Burlington Air Express) to handle Philips’ heavyweight air shipments throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
BAX also is to provide air charter services in the region for the Netherlands-based company, one of the world’s largest electronics firms.
