Authorities Search for 4 People Wanted on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating two men and two women wanted for alleged crimes ranging from failure to appear in court to violating probation. Warrants have been issued in each case.
Thurman Alfred Johnson Jr., 47, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and jailed. He was released from jail on his promise to show up in court, which he did not do, authorities said.
Johnson’s last known address was in Thousand Oaks. He is white, 6 feet, 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Sarah Anel Payan, 20, has been convicted of petty theft, drug possession and being under the influence of drugs in four separate court cases. She has violated her probation in those cases, authorities said.
Payan is Latina, 4 feet 10, 100 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She has “CHX3” tattooed on her right hand, “South Side” on her neck and three dots on her right hand.
Ricardo Gonzales Hernandez, 24, was arrested on suspicion of theft and released from jail after posting bail. He failed to appear for court and skipped on his bail, officials said. He is believed to be living in south Oxnard.
Hernandez in Latino, 5 feet 7, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Wendy Annette Williams, 34, has twice been convicted of drug possession and being under the influence of drugs.
She was arrested again on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs and released from jail on her promise to appear in court. She failed to appear and violated her probation on her other convictions, authorities said.
Williams is white, 5 feet 2, 120 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
