Hail to the chief!
Los Angeles Police Chief Bernard Parks proves his wisdom and insight when he states that he resents “the further stereotyping of our white officers as universally insensitive. Obviously they are not, any more than all our minority officers are as sensitive as we would like them to be.”
We all have a great leader in Parks, no matter what our skin color.
