The City Council will decide tonight whether to award a $31,638 bid to purchase three new police motorcycles from V.I.P. Kawasaki. Two of the motorcycles will replace ones involved in a Dec. 22 accident on Rose Drive that injured two officers. The third will replace a motorcycle in need of major repairs, Garden Grove Capt. Russ Rice said. The council meets at 7:30 p.m. at 401 E. Chapman Ave.
