Bed Linen Manufacturer Leases Space at Ex-GM Site

Veratex Inc., a Van Nuys manufacturer and distributor of bed linens, has leased a 110,000-square-foot industrial building in The Plant, a mixed-use project under construction on the site of the former General Motors plant in Panorama City.
The 10-year lease with option to purchase is valued at $7.6 million. Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant and Delphi Business Properties represented the landlord, S & V Van Nuys Associates LLC of Woodland Hills.
